Programs
Ten programs. One method.
Every program below runs through an institution the community already uses — a school, a clinic, a partner nonprofit — because that is what still stands after we leave.
Utah, United States
Local Community
Work we do in our own neighborhoods — opening doors for first-generation students, connecting generations, and catching families before they fall through the gaps.
4 programs
Free counseling for first-generation and underprivileged students, including ACT/SAT preparation, essay coaching, and FAFSA and scholarship application assistance.
Bangladesh
Bangladesh Projects
Long-term, locally-partnered projects that strengthen the schools and health centers already serving rural communities, rather than building parallel ones.
6 programs
After-school programs offering homework assistance alongside hands-on STEAM workshops that give students their first practical experience with science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.
How we choose projects
Four questions every project has to answer.
If a proposal cannot clear all four, we do not fund it — however good the intention behind it.
- Community need and urgencyThe request originates from the community itself, and the need is documented rather than assumed.
- Feasibility and partner capabilityThere is a local partner with the capacity and track record to carry the work after we step back.
- Measurable impact and sustainabilityWe can state, in advance, what success looks like and how it will still be true in three years.
- Transparent budgeting and reportingEvery dollar is budgeted before it is spent and reported after it is spent.
Get involved
Fund a program, or help run one.
Scholarships, clinic days, and food drives all need both money and hands.
