About us

A structured, transparent way to serve.

BOSHAT — Building Opportunities for Schools, Healthcare, and Tomorrow — was formed as a nonprofit in October 2025. We work in Utah and in Bangladesh on education, healthcare access, and community development, and we account for what we spend.

The short version

What is BOSHAT?

BOSHAT — Building Opportunities for Schools, Healthcare, and Tomorrow — was formed as a nonprofit organization in October 2025.

We serve communities locally and in Bangladesh by expanding opportunity and improving quality of life through practical, high-impact projects focused on education, healthcare access, and community development.

How we started

Our Story

BOSHAT was created by community members seeking a structured, transparent way to serve locally in the U.S. and support long-term projects in Bangladesh.

Our goal is to deliver practical, measurable, and sustainable solutions — not one-off gestures.

Where we work

Our Focus

Three commitments shape every project we take on, and every project we turn down.

  • Children’s education support
  • Basic health services and community wellness
  • Projects that strengthen schools and health centers

Organization objectives

Three commitments, stated plainly.

What we do, how we care for people, and how we hold ourselves accountable for both.

Education

  • Support school supplies, tutoring, and learning resources
  • Improve learning environments and classroom readiness
  • Enable opportunities for students to continue education

Healthcare

  • Support basic health services and screenings
  • Promote community wellness and preventative care
  • Help underserved families access essential services

Governance & Stewardship

  • Maintain ethical governance, transparency, and accountability
  • Use clear processes for project selection, budgeting, and reporting
  • Uphold conflict-of-interest standards

Governance
